Shipping & Processing Times

When will you ship my order?

• Once you place your order, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on our current workload, the processing time may be a bit shorter or longer. 
• NOTEPADS: Ship every Monday and Thursday (if order was placed by Sunday night, and Wednesday night).
• If you choose to see a proof (selected YES for a proof), your proof will be emailed within 1 business day, and once you approve, we will then print and ship within 2-3 business days. 

How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?

USA orders - Ships via USPS

• If you choose FIRST CLASS MAIL during checkout, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days
• If you choose PRIORITY MAIL shipping during checkout, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days
• We do not offer quicker shipping methods. Estimated time frames do not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control.

Orders outside of USA - Ships via USPS

• Most orders will be received within 2-4 weeks (this will depend on where you live and your customs process.
• All buyers are responsible for their customs fees and those are NOT included in the cost of the product. These are based on your customs laws for your country.
